Just in this year alone, China has seen over 2,000 fatalities linked to extreme heat, drought, and other natural phenomena. CNN’s latest article regarding Global Warming and climate change serves as an important reminder that Global Warming affects us all. Resolving such a universal issue is going to require a universal effort.

I attended the National Youth Leaders Conference in Washington D.C. last week, and I’m currently in Maryland. This area, like many others around the country has been experiencing hotter summer days and heat waves this year. Many scientists attribute the warmer temperatures to global warming.
