This is a great illustration of the greenhouse effect (how an increased amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere causes global warming to accelerate).

This illustration does much more than explain the greenhouse effect and global warming. It reduces a highly complex issue to a simple formula. It convinces persons who most likely have no scientific or mathematical training that climate change can be reduced to a simple stateable truth. If it is that simple, why so much science, who needs mathematics? Why are the majority of climatoligists hesitant to come down on one side or the other?

This is a fantastic illustration. I teach second grade in an international school in China. I am currently teaching my students about the greenhouse effect.
How may I make or get a color copy of this graphic to use as a teaching tool?
